Fire Dept.

Union Contract

Mr. Bonita and Supervisor Rinaldi have been negotiating with the bargaining unit for the Pittston Twp. Firefighters Association. A draft of the final proposal was presented to the Supervisors for their review and comment.

Questions and/or concerns

• Motion collective bargaining agreement between Pittston Township and Pittston Twp. Firefighters Association effective January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2022.

In accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement a non-paying, non-rank position of Chief Engineer will be created. The individual will be responsible for creating a monthly schedule subject to the approval of the Twp. Supervisors
